How the course works
Learn, every week
Each week opens a structured set of online lessons with short explanations, selected videos and quick retrieval questions. Study when it suits you; the week sets the pace.
Practise in the live system
Every lesson ends in a task you complete in a SAP SuccessFactors practice environment: configure it, test it, break it, fix it. Problems are drawn from real implementations.
Meet your mentor, three times a week
Monday explains and corrects misconceptions. Wednesday is a guided configuration and troubleshooting lab. Saturday you demonstrate your work and plan the next week.
Prove it in assessments
Four connected projects, unseen practical assessments and a capstone. Your mentor marks against a published rubric and you get an evidence-based readiness report before you book the exam.

Is this for you?
You are a good fit if you
- Work in HR, HRIS, payroll or SAP support and want to move into SuccessFactors implementation
- Are an SAP consultant in another module adding Employee Central to your profile
- Can commit about 10 hours a week for 12 weeks, including the live sessions
- Have a computer for the practice labs (phones and tablets cannot run the admin screens)
Not yet ready?
The week 1 diagnostic shows exactly where you stand. If there are gaps in HR process or system basics you get a preparatory pathway and extended access. Nobody is pushed through unprepared, and nobody is left behind.

Questions people ask before enrolling
I have never used SuccessFactors. Can I join?
Yes, if you have HR or HR-systems experience and can commit the hours. Week 1 includes a diagnostic; if you need foundations first, you get a preparatory pathway and your access is extended at no extra cost.
What if I cannot attend a live session?
Every session is recorded and comes with an equivalent catch-up task, so you still do the work and still get feedback. The Saturday session is the one to protect, because that is where you demonstrate your week.
Do I get access to a real SuccessFactors system?
Yes. You work in a practice environment for the full course, with your own data and tasks drawn from real implementations. The labs need a laptop or desktop computer.
Will I be certified at the end?
Certification is awarded by SAP after you pass their exam, which you book and pay for separately. This course prepares you for it and gives you an honest readiness report. We do not promise a pass, and we do not sell exam questions.
How much time does it really take?
Plan for about 10 hours a week: roughly 4 hours of live sessions and 6 hours of lessons and practice. Weeks 7, 11 and 12 are heavier because of the data migration exercise, the capstone and the mock assessments.
Can my employer pay?
Yes. We issue invoices and offer group rates for two or more learners from the same company. Ask us before you reserve.
What happens after the course?
You leave with a portfolio of four projects, a readiness report, skill badges verified by your mentor, and a next-step plan. Alumni keep access to the cohort group.
